Bob finds a way

Aren't we lucky? Micky D has found a way to direct more money toward transportation. Typical of the repub approach, talk fiscal responsibility, pledge not to raise taxes, but find a way to spend more money by borrowing. Somehow we're convinced we can have everything we want without spending more money and cutting taxes at the same time. Don't raise taxes to pay for core services. Borrow the money, put payment off to the future. That does two things. One, maybe a Democrat will be Governor when the tab comes due and Repubs can claim it's their fault (think Gilmore and Warner) and two, Micky D can aim for higher office running on his record of never raising taxes. Maybe Micky can find a way to stop cutting core services like education and police!
